Christmas Acrostic Poems
Christmas is a time for sharing gifts with someone you love.
Holly and evergreen boughs adorn our homes
Ribbons surround packages under the tree
Icicles hang from the window sills
Snow is in the forecast
Treats of candy canes and sugar plums delight us
Magic happens on Christmas Eve
And all of this because a small child was born in a manger

Students will have the opportunity to describe the holiday as they create acrostic poems for Christmas. In addition to practicing formatting font styles and sizes in MS Word, students will add a border to make their work especially festive.
