Castles on the Web

Can you imagine living in a castle?  What would be the advantage of living in a castle?  In this project, students will be looking at real castles all over the world through the web site "Castles.org." (Not all castles look like the one in our commons.) Then they will be asked to pretend that they are a real estate agent selling a castle.  What would be the features that would entice people to buy their castle?  Based on notes taken from the castle web site, students will write a advertisement about their castle, that includes pictures.


NOTE:  6M will be finishing up their spreadsheet unit with a quiz at the beginning of class.
