Friday's Lesson--Photoshop Layers

How can we use Photoshop layers to create an image with overlapping shapes and colors?

The power and flexibility of Photoshop lies in its layers.  In this lesson students will learn how to use the layer pallet and the layer tools.

Project:  Shapes

Let's save finished creations as a .jpg and upload to the Shapes Padlet.

"Concepts and Applications" worksheets are due.

HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT DUE THURSDAY, AUG. 28.:

Your assignment is to take some pictures that illustrate the theme for the week--MELLOW (think peaceful or serene).  Bring them to class with you on Thursday.  Transfer them to the computer, edit, and select one to publish on the MELLOW theme Padlet.
