Are You Symmetrical?
Symmetry has been scientifically proven to be attractive to the human eye.
Babies spend more time staring at pictures of symmetric individuals than they do at photos of asymmetric ones. (Journal of Young Investigators)
In today's project, we will START FROM SCRATCH to explore Photoshop Elements' selection tools (rectangular marquee and magic wand) and layers. We will be manipulating a personal headshot image, taken and uploaded in a previous class period, to see if our faces really are symmetrical.
